altogether, Elloeen Oughterson raised her voice. Loudly.
Clearly. Bravely. She saw people not for their
struggles,but for their potential, and she
refused to let them be forgotten. With tireless devotion, she helped build Restoration Society and the Friendship Foundation—organizations that would go on to serve as safe havens and launching pads for countless lives seeking hope, healing, and purpose.
